In order to serve you, the City of Evansville has developed a vendor self-service site that will allow you to register as a vendor and obtain information about your City/County accounts.

Users Accessing Vendor Self Service or Citizen Self Service for the first time will be presented with a Login/Register button. After clicking the button, the user will be taken to the login screen. Please click the Register For A New Account complete the fields, and click the register button. If you do not remember the password, please click on “Forgot Password” to reset password. Please contact Purchasing at 812-436-4917 or 812-436-4915 for any additional information. The registration will update user who already have a vendor account and create a new account for other us

All vendors are required to register. The registration site will guide you through the completion of your company profile that will be used to manage your account in the future. Click on “Registration” on the left side of this screen; current vendors can access by clicking the arrow at the top right.

A W-9 is required to become active and can be found at the following link: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf. Please attach the completed form and other any certificates to your profile page. Any registration that does not have a completed W-9 attached will not be activated. After 60 days a registration without a W-9 will be deleted from the system.

If you are an MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) or WBE (Women Business Enterprise) or DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), please upload any applicable certifications.
